Ingredients
Four large tomatoes
Half of an onion
Half of a cucumber
Salt
Pepper
Lemon zest
Two tablespoons of basil
Olive oil
Directions
Chop up the tomatoes, onion, and cucumber and mix it all together in a large bowl. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, basil, and lemon zest to taste, and add in olive oil to taste.
